I found that it had moved to Evanston Il…but there is no listing for it and no further info…. did it go out of business
or who took over their business?

    Silver Creek Specialty Meats of Oshkosh, WI 54902 bought Fred Busch in July of 2002 and moved production up to Oshkosh, WI. The old owner sold the plant in Chicago to a real estate developer and retired. Silver Creek is a second generation sausage company devoted to top quality sausage. You can find them on the web or at 1-800-729-2849. Hope to here soon from all you sausage loving folks!!!
